It is our main objective to develop products and services that people need in their lives. bn group creates solutions for the daily problems of the many. That is important to us and, at the same time, forms a solid basis for our business. The diversification of products and markets in our own network has always been a cornerstone of our philosophy. This keeps us free from the absolute pressure to succeed in any single business at all costs and sufficiently flexible to weather new developments and crises. The group’s investors, as well as the team around founder Bert Neckermann, have always rewarded this with their loyalty, some for more than two decades.

After the publication of the general assembly results, a third party files a petition in bankruptcy against the Taxmobil AG. Bert faces the fight against the litigation and works towards averting bankruptcy and starting anew from this point forward.
Bert wins the fight against the Taxmobil petition in bankruptcy. As one of only three cases in the Swiss history of law, the litigation is disposed of in its entirety, and Bert Neckermann thereby exonerated. Except time, his investors lose nothing.
After the litigation has been disposed of, new projects are developed based on the remaining options. Using the original Taxmobil technology, the system for the personal security concept NOTI Panic Button is developed. Google and Apple refuse to accept the native app into their app stores. Therefore, Bert develops Corona radar as a PWA (Progressive Web App) and launches it globally in June 2020.
